Fridays on the Jeep® Blog, we’re featuring some of our favorite concept vehicles. This week, check out the 2014 Jeep Wrangler Maximum Performance concept.
The 2014 Easter Jeep Safari may be over, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still be excited about the concept vehicles that were released there. Today on the Jeep Blog, we’re taking an inside look at the Jeep Wrangler Maximum Performance concept.
Did we catch your eye with the name “Maximum Performance”? Good. Because this Wrangler concept lives up to every aspect of its name. Start with a Jeep Performance Parts four-inch lift kit, push button electric-locking Dana 60 front and rear axles and a 4:1 Rock-Trac transfer case, and you’ve got the basis of the Wrangler Maximum Performance concept.
At first glance, two of the first things you may notice are the Mopar blue paint job and the 37-inch tires. The exterior of the vehicle is also equipped with a black Mopar grille and Jeep Performance Parts Rubicon rock rails as well as a Jeep Performance Parts “Stinger” front bumper.
With a 70:1 crawl ratio and plenty of off-road protection, this vehicle truly is designed to give you maximum performance and dominate any off-road obstacle that it encounters.
