I like my 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee, But I love my 98 Wrangler Sahara. Nothing is more awesome than seeing the smiles on my nieces and nephews faces when I get to take them for rides in the woods and they are fighting over who gets to go in it first. Now they all want Jeeps when they grow up.

This Feb 4th I drove my new jeep out on a deserted seashore near Corpus Christi Texas. It was there on that deserted beach in a driving rain, I dropped on one knee in our wrangler and proposed to my love. She accepted and I combined two of my greatest loves….jeep wranglers and my soon to be bride!

Well I first fell in love with a Jeep as a small boy when my grandfather would put me on his lap to drive up our cabin road in his Grand Cherokee. My love grew when I got my license and he gave me his 99 Grand Cherokee Limited. However, my love became eternal when I got my first Wrangler, a 97 Sport. I have never looked back or switched brands again. I presently own a 2011 Patriot (my wife’s) and my baby, an 07 2 Door JK X model with a 4 inch lift and too many other mods to list!

My first love was my dad’s CJ7. I grew up with him driving my around with the doors and roof off. When I was a little older my mother and I got hit head on by a drunk driver in her 98′ Jeep WJ. It kept us both safe. Since then, I have only ever felt safe in a Jeep.
I bought my first Jeep when I was 16; a 2002 Jeep KJ. I saved and a few years later bought my current love, an 07′ JK Rubicon. My Rubicon is the only vehicle that can make me smile just by looking at her. I am currently in the process of lifting her 2.5″ and putting on 35s. I never thought it was possible to love a vehicle as much as I love my Jeep.

My boyfriend and I are Jeep lovers. I drive a 2011 Special Addition Cherokee. He drives the sporty Cosmos Blue Jeep Wrangler.
We have made some great memories in his little Jeep we call Cosmo. Like the time we were riding on the shores of Lake Travis and hit quick sand and sunk so deep we had to crawl out the windows. We were so far out in the country we could not get anyone to pull us out. We found someone who had a bull dozer who took 3 hours to pull us out. We were so happy Cosmos survived. He was only 2 days old. It took us 3 hours to get all the quick sand off. We think of our Jeeps as our kids. Now is that true love or what.

My first jeep memory was in the military. I was always impressed of how rugged and indestructable they were. You could go anywhere with these things. My first purchased jeep was a 1968 jeepster and have been in love with them since. Today with my new 2011, I’m still a big fan!!

My first jeep love is my first car which is 98′ Jeep Cherokee. It originally belong to my father, but it was given to me as my graduation gift when I finished high school. This car has been a big part of my life. I have done everything in this car including going on numerous trips on this car. My nickname my car Mary Jane since she was wild yet patriotic like a G.I. Jane. My favorite memory of Mary Jane was officially driving this car through Big Bear with the Indiana Jones theme song playing on the stereo. Nothing beats having a Jeep when you’re an Indy fan

My first contact with a real jeep was when my father came home with a Wagoneer. I said to myself that I want the same car when I am big. Well…i have a real ’71 Wgoneer now. Our daily car is a Grand Cherokee and the car before the grand Cherokee was a Cherokee. I will always drive a Jeep because they are the best. Nothing beats my Jeep!

My husband and I are Jeep lovers. He has a black modified 2009 Jeep Wrangler/2 door Rubicon. HIs Jeep is currently on Wrangler forum’s site banner(wranglerforum.com). My husband took the panoramic photo on one of many off roading trips. I love driving his Jeep so I borrow or swap with him whenever I can.
I on the other hand have always wanted to own a Jeep Grand Cherokee. So finally last summer I decided to switch from driving a two seater/sportscar to a Jeep SUV. I just super love driving my bronze 2011 70th Anniversary edition Jeep Grand Cherokee. I’m so glad I chose the bronze color over the silver one This color is very seldom seen on the road.
Cheers to all the Jeep lovers out there.

I have a little story I would like to share with you guys. I bought a jeep last year and me and my family love our 2011 jeep wrangler unlimited. Well anyways just before christmas we were riding home and my 5 and 7 year old girls were in the back seat arguing and I told them they had better stop or I was going to take all there toys back to santa clause if they didn’t stop. My 5 year old says “you cant go all the way there”. My 7 year old says” yes he can….. he has a jeep.” Me and my wife had quite the laugh.

We currently own a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. It’s unstoppable in the Michigan winter and a ton of fun in the summer with the top off. Prior to that we had a ’05 Liberty which we traded for a ’07 Liberty mostly because Jeep finally bought back the real Jeep Green color.

a friend of mine had a 2000 Wrangler X with a 4″ life, regeared for steep inclines, 36″ tires and custom-made 1/4″ thick steel bumpers, plus light bars, brush busters and pencil beam fog lights. it was love at first sight. later, when he went on tour in the middle east, he wanted me to get it out of storage and sell it for him…i couldn’t let it go “out of the family” so i told him i’d buy it from him. then when he came back, he loved it again and got it back from me! besides dominating the backcountry of colorado, that thing criss-crossed the US at least 5 times and it was still just as awesome as ever. this jeep even inspired another friend to go out and get a 2004 Rubicon for himself, so we could all go jeepin together…man, there’s nothing like a jeep.

First Jeep wasa 1998 Grand Cherokee. It had over 180,000 miles until it was hit and ttotaled by a drunk driver. Bought 2001 Grand that now has 271,000 miles which has been hit by yet another drinker, totaled because of mileage but still driveable. It is my daily driver that I refuse to part with. Thanks JEEP!!!

At the dealership where I work, we had a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. We are talking BAD to the BONE!!! Black on Black and insane. So, we made a video and posted it on youtube. We wanted George Clooney to think of the SRT8 as THE VEHICLE for his Humanitarian vision in Darfur or anywhere in the world that required operating in dangerous territory and needing a superior ESCAPE vehicle, with the capability to tune into the internet to “monitor the borders via satellite, while outrunning crazed despots!” Please take a look at this video. It was fun to make and hey….there’s a message too! Search George Clooney SRT8 and look for the ninja woman!

Daimler Chrysler / Jeep CEO:
Jeep vehicles are and have always been designed for off road / on road driving. Your trail rated stamp has sets the highest for off road vehicle engineering standards.
The down turn in the global economy is probably why KIA vehicles have rapidly gained in the U.S. Auto Market. Money, Money, Money!!!!
Things now cost more, (Food/Rent/Insurance/Cars/ etc…). Because of our budgets, more and more people are considering doing their own minor vehicle maintenance.
Auto makers should stop and consider making it easier for the car driver/owner to understand what vehicle issues are. GPS navigation /air condition /heater/radio/CD & DVD-MP3/i-pod have all been integrated. Headlights/driving lamps/signal lights/ keyless entry/all electronic sensors make it almost impossible to figure out where the problem is without a computer. Changing a tire/replacing an alternator/battery/starter/radiator is within the shade tree mechanics ability. Today’s vehicles are capable of telling the driver what is wrong and where to check the problem without connecting an external gizmo.
Bottom line is Jeeps are used OFF-ROAD. An electrical/mechanical breakdown scenario is possible. Tow trucks are not always able to follow a Jeep’s off road trail. Vehicle recalls are a delayed timely process. Making a difficult situation easier for the off road driver is priceless.
